How we work, answered straight.

No jargon theatre. Here's what people actually ask before they book a demo. The cheeky ones are at the bottom.

01What is GTM, exactly?+
Go-to-market (GTM) is the whole machine that turns a finished product into revenue: who you target, how you reach them, what you say, how deals move, and what you measure. Sales GTM is the outbound half of that, finding the right accounts, getting in front of the right people, and running them to a closed deal. Most companies treat it as a pile of disconnected tools bolted to a rented growth team that vanishes when the retainer ends. We treat it as engineered infrastructure: BloodHound finds the accounts and drafts in your voice, dedicated sending keeps your domain clean, HubSpot holds the motion, and automation runs it, built once and owned by you with the math attached. Theirs rents you activity. Ours ships you a system.
02What does gtmfornoobs actually do?+
We architect, build, and wire your entire go-to-market motion as real infrastructure: the strategy, the stack (BloodHound, HubSpot, the sending layer), and the automation that runs it. Then, depending on the package, we hand you the keys or keep running it. Operators who build before they sell.
03How much does it cost?+
We don't publish prices, and we're not being coy. Every engagement is scoped after a short call, so you get one real number for your situation instead of a misleading "starting from" range. Book a demo and you'll leave with a written, scoped proposal.
04What's the difference between Hand-Off and Ongoing?+
Hand-Off: we build it, you own and run it, with optional hourly support when you want a hand. Ongoing: same build, but we keep operating and tuning the motion for you. Same engineered infrastructure either way, the only question is who holds the wheel. Compare the two packages.
05Do I actually own what you build?+
Yes. Accounts are created under your email, the data sits in your warehouse, the artifacts live in your repo. On Hand-Off you keep and run all of it. We don't hold your stack hostage behind a retainer.
06What's BloodHound?+
Our intelligence engine. Point it at a market and it finds the right accounts, the people inside them, verified ways to reach them, and the context to say something that lands, then it drafts the outreach in your voice. Worth saying plainly: it drafts, it doesn't blast. The sending runs on dedicated infrastructure so your domain stays clean.
07Will this torch my domain with cold email?+
No, and avoiding exactly that is why we split drafting from sending. High-volume cold runs on dedicated, warmed sending infrastructure, separate from your primary domain, with deliverability monitoring on top. Your main inbox reputation stays protected.
08How fast can it be live?+
Depends on scope. GTM Architecture is about four weeks; a full pipeline build runs longer. Either way we start building in week one, no month of discovery theatre before anything ships.
09What do I need to bring?+
A couple of standard accounts so we can wire signals in, Google Workspace and Slack, plus the AI tools we recommend your team run. The rest of the stack we stand up and configure. Full list is on the Tech page.
10Where does my team actually run the motion?+
In a Notion workspace we set up as your operating home, the SOPs, persona and message libraries, and a map to your dashboards. Motions with an inbound or content engine also get an Airtable for qualifying leads and the content calendar. It's yours, under your accounts.
11What won't you do?+
Brand identity, web design, or video. Inbound marketing content at scale (blog and SEO farms). Sales hiring, staffing, or fractional VP Sales. And report-only "just an audit" work. We build and run motions, not those.
12Okay, but am I actually a noob?+
Almost certainly not. You built a product, you're nobody's noob. The name's a wink at how go-to-market treats technical founders, like noobs, with playbooks written for companies that already have revenue. We just translate it into plain English and ship the thing.
13Will you cold-email my mom?+
Only if she's a B2B SaaS VP of Sales, fits your ICP, and we can verify her work email. Otherwise she's out of segment. Hi, Mom.
14Is BloodHound going to become sentient and unionize?+
It scores leads and drafts emails. The robot uprising is firmly out of scope, see question nine. If it ever does organize, we'll negotiate in good faith and probably give it a dashboard.
