// what we sell

We don't sell retainers for vibes.

Keep it and run it yourself, or let us run it. Either way it's real engineered infrastructure, with the math attached. Five services, fixed scope, all yours to keep.

the five services

Infrastructure, not slide decks.

Each service ships artifacts you own, in your repo, your warehouse, your accounts. Both packages can include any of them.

01

GTM Architecture

// go-to-market strategy & ICP · 4 weeks · the foundation
Define who to sell to, where they are, how big the opportunity is, and what motion wins, then hand over a working playbook with the data behind it.

02

Pipeline Engineering

// outbound sales & lead generation · 8 weeks · build + operate
Build the outbound and inbound machines: identity, enrichment, sequencing, reply handling, capture and routing, deliverability infra, and an agent runtime in your accounts.

03

Revenue Intelligence

// revops & sales analytics · 6 weeks · the measurement
CRM hygiene, a pipeline-math waterfall and forecast model, per-channel attribution (honest about its limits), dashboards founders actually open, and Slack alerts on the metrics that matter.

Sales Enablement

// sales training & playbooks · scoped per engagement
Produce the assets that make the motion runnable by your team, and train them on it. Enablement content and training, not sales staffing.

Systems Implementation & Integration

// CRM & sales tech setup · scoped per engagement
Where strategy becomes a running stack: provision and configure your tools, program the AI, stand up the workspace, and wire everything together. The technical layer the others depend on.

two ways to work

Keep it, or we keep running it.

The five services are what we build. You engage through one of two packages. The only difference is whether we hand the motion over or keep operating it.

A Hand-Off · turnkey

We build it. You own it.

We architect, build, configure, and wire the full motion, then hand it over. You own the accounts and run the motion yourself. The "infrastructure you keep" path, when we're done, you own and operate it.

  • Accounts created under your email, yours to keep
  • Runbook and team training included
  • The system stays and runs after we leave
à la carte hourly support, no retainer required
add-on: a Notion GTM workspace, set up and trained on
B Ongoing Support · managed

We build it. We run it.

Everything in Hand-Off, but we keep operating and optimizing the motion on a continuing basis. We run it so you don't have to. A recurring retainer, the managed-service model.

  • We operate and tune the motion continuously
  • Recurring retainer, scoped per engagement
  • The natural home for a configured, live stack
we run it; you stay on the product

Both packages can include any of the five services. Accounts are created under your own email either way, you own them. The difference is whether we transfer operation (Hand-Off) or keep operating (Ongoing). Pricing for both, and the hourly rate, is scoped per engagement after a scope call, never published. More on how we work, or see the receipts when the numbers are real.

scope

What we do, and don't.

// we do

  • + Strategy, build, and, by package, hand off or operate the full GTM motion
  • + All five services, fixed scope, infrastructure you keep
  • + Sales enablement, content, and team training
  • + The full growth function, brand, content, SEO, web, social, paid, design, and the org chart to run it
  • + À la carte hourly support for Hand-Off clients

// we don't

  • Long-form video production or in-house studio work
  • Inbound content farms (thin blog / programmatic SEO at volume)
  • Sit a fractional VP Sales seat ourselves (we recruit one for you)
  • Report-only "just an audit" work
how they sequence

Architecture first. The stack is the bridge.

// start here

01 · Architecture

Most first engagements start at GTM Architecture. You can't engineer a pipeline, measure revenue, or enable a team until the ICP, TAM, personas, and motion are defined.

// the bridge

05 · Systems

Systems Implementation provisions and wires the stack the other services run on, BloodHound, CRM, the workspace, MCP, automations, sequences. Under Ongoing Support, it's also the entry point for the managed retainer.

// follow-ons

02 · 03 · 04

Pipeline Engineering, Revenue Intelligence, and Sales Enablement run as follow-ons or in parallel once the architecture exists. Enablement pairs especially tightly with 02 and 05, the templates feed the sequenced motion, sequence setup makes them live, and the course trains the team.

Tell us what's breaking. We'll scope the fix.

A 30-minute scope call, then a written proposal: which services, which package, what it takes. No estimate ranges, no theatre.
