Website terms only. Client engagements are governed by the signed MSA and SOW, not these Terms.
This is the website Terms of Service — not the engagement contract (client work = signed MSA + SOW).
1.0 Agreement
By accessing gtmfornoobs.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
2.0 The Site & our services
The Site describes gtmfornoobs's go-to-market engineering services. Content is general information, not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of results.
3.0 Engagements & SOWs
Any engagement is governed by a separately executed MSA and SOW, not these Terms; where they conflict on engagement matters, the MSA/SOW controls. Submitting a brief or booking a call does not create an engagement.
4.0 Submissions
If you send us a brief or materials through the Site, you grant us a license to read and respond. Unless we've signed an NDA, don't send confidential information; unsolicited submissions are treated as non-confidential.
5.0 Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and our marks are owned by gtmfornoobs. You get a limited, revocable license to view the Site to evaluate our services. Engagement deliverables are owned per the SOW (typically the client owns deliverables; we retain general know-how and methods).
6.0 Acceptable use
No scraping outside our robots policy, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful or infringing use, no interference with others' use.
7.0 Third-party links & tools
The Site links to and loads third-party tools (analytics, scheduling, consent). We're not responsible for third-party services or their content.
8.0 Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9.0 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gtmfornoobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Site use. Total liability for any claim relating to the Site is capped at USD $100 (engagement liability is governed by the MSA/SOW, not this cap).
10.0 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify gtmfornoobs against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11.0 Term & termination
We may suspend or restrict Site access at any time. Sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
12.0 Governing law & venue
Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Site disputes are subject to the courts (or agreed arbitration) seated in Delaware.
